Went in to buy a car spoke with Steve and Evelyn every disappointed. Test dorve a car, took to my mechanic to get checked out. My mechanic noted a issue that needed to be fixed. Steve told me their mechanic would look at it the next day and put a hold on the car. They never reached out on the next day or the following day. Ignored called and text messages. Looked on line and they sold it. Won't be going back poor service waste of time. Don't go to Steve or Evelyn. I wouldn't go at all but make sure to avoid these two.
Checked in and they told us it would be a 25 min wait. Fine. 25 mins pass and they tell us another 45-60 mins. Just be upfront with people instead of wasting their time.
Ray has been instrumentally helpful in providing the information and support for me with exact same details and surprisingly he was answering my questions before I was gonna ask. He was really helpful and good at understanding people’s expectations and answering them. How does a car dealer who’s been there for years have 26 reviews(as of Feb 2026)? Ask yourself that before walking through these doors. They are deleting reviews. They don’t tell you the truth about anything. James tried to lie to me about the $500 incentive for coming in within 48 hours.
