I’d leave no stars if I could. I sold a car to them yesterday and they indicated it would take an hour and a half. I was There an hour and a half With a deal and signed documents and needed the check only. I left to grab dinner. The check wasn’t ready for another hour. I had to go home and couldn’t wait for it and thought I could get it via the FedEx they offered. I’ve been trying all day to get paid and no have talked to their sales rep who said I’d get a call. No call. No fedex. No check after multiples calls.
Great! Overall experience and our salesperson, Carlos, was fantastic. Five stars for Carlos. The only reason this is overall four stars is that there were some additional promotional stuff that was annoying like an additional insurance verification that ended up just being an ad for auto insurance. Overall though, really happy with our experience.
Haven’t bought a vehicle from here yet, but had a great experience today. Went in and explained that I’m not ready to buy today, but wanted to drive a couple vehicles to get a feel for them. Lizbeth Gonzalez Gaytan helped me out and was very accommodating in getting me in the right vehicle. Absolutely no pressure from her, I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready to buy!
I recently brought my car in for service due to a strong gasoline and oil odor, indicating a possible fuel or oil leak. A routine inspection was performed at that time, but the source of the odor was not identified. Subsequently, the issue was identified by Christian Brothers Automotive. I am writing to express my disappointment that this issue was missed during the initial inspection.
