Can not say more great things about my experience with echo park, especially Jake and Carlos, they helped me narrow down my car search and explained certain features of each vehicle. We had an amazing experience at this location. We recently encountered a problem with a new purchase—not related to Echo Park—but due to a manufacturer's recall on the car we bought. While this recall wouldn't affect many people, in our specific case, it would have been devastating. The manager, Joe, went above and beyond to help us fix this problem. We bought a beautiful Tesla here and I absolutely love it! Marco made our sale so nice, easy and smooth. We traded in one of our cars and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. They also give you 5 year warranty to clean the interior of your car from spills and anything which is also nice.
