Scam! Bait and Switch...CarBuyerUSA made me an offer for my newer Truck (only has 233 miles). They sent out an inspector, who stated the vehicle was flawless, basically a new vehicle. Then I received a call from the buying manager/funding team and they offered me $5,800 less that the original offer. When I questioned why and asked about the inspection I was told the inspection was all positive but that based on market condition he would not change the now lower offer.
