It doesn’t get easier than this if you want to sell your car. Do you get a great price? Of course not but it’s a fair price and saves a huge amount of time and the process could not be easier. I highly recommend this service. If you are not going to trade in and you don’t want to waste months selling privately then this is the way to go. Justin was helpful and easy to deal with.
Overall, a smooth and hassle free experience. The initial offer was a little low, but we agreed on a price after I shared my expectations based on market research. I sold my car within 12 hours, and the pickup on a separate day went smoothly. I needed to follow up on the signed contract and rego transfer. I read some other reviews about transfer delays, but mine fell around month end and was sorted after a follow up. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would give it five stars.
Car purchase was fast but the collection of the car was very slow. Customer communication was poor.
Service was very good and payment made on time
