Not worth the time unless you are just looking to make your car disappear and are not worried about the amount of cash upon return. Otherwise, you are better going to a dealer or selling privately. They promised between $2000 and $4000 and offered the lowest offer of $2000 after inspection. When I declined the low offer, they then bumped it up to $3,500 but I told them my car has been inspected for $4800 elsewhere. He said he’d have a chat to the sales team and get back to me. Haven’t heard back so at least I know my answer!
Wish I could give less. Car was valued at 4250 and they offered me 1000 after viewing the car. Guy showed up 20 mins late and turned the key for auxiliaries only and then marked down car won't start. I had to start the car for him. Complete incompetence and waste of time
Completely low ball your for your car. Offer even lower than salvage parts. They offered me $600 for a repairable write off where my wrecker offered $2000 for parts Waste of time.
Very unhappy, never return calls send emails saying they are trying to contact you..call them just voicemail and press star to get callback..never happened..called at least 20 times left msgs on their 1300 number as well no response. DON'T WASTE YOU TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
