Completely low ball your for your car. Offer even lower than salvage parts. They offered me $600 for a repairable write off where my wrecker offered $2000 for parts Waste of time.
Very unhappy, never return calls send emails saying they are trying to contact you..call them just voicemail and press star to get callback..never happened..called at least 20 times left msgs on their 1300 number as well no response. DON'T WASTE YOU TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
They say we are trying to contact you via sms and email but you never receive a call or anything. Playing some mind games I guess.
Don't return calls or emails. absolutely a waste of time
They just want to know what you owe on the car first ! You should receive pricing on the car before any other discussion take place. Would highly recommend you stay away from these guys.
