Here’s my experience with The Carburetor Shop. Perhaps twenty years back, I sent a carburetor from a 1935 Packard for some attention. The carburetor was put into fine shape in a reasonable timeframe, at a fair cost, as I recall. I frequently read Jon’s, posts and detailed answers to questions on the AACA Forum. Now, twenty years on, I needed to revive a Carter BB1 carburetor fitted to a 1912 Buick. Worthless rebuild.
Was not worth the time going there.I would not recommend this guy to anyone. Just not happy with it at all.
