My husband had purchased a car from them on August 30, 2025 and has yet to receive the registration. When we called about it they give us the run around telling us that we have to talk to the other location so we call them they say we have to talk to this location. We are 55 days in and not a word from them yet and no clear answer. I would NEVER NEVER send anyone to any of their locations. I’m about to report them.
I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Titan from this dealership, and I can honestly say it was the worst vehicle buying experience of my life. I test drove the truck and the AC didn't work so I told them if they repaired the AC I would buy the truck. They called me back a few days later saying it was fixed and when I test drove the truck it did work. I paid for the truck and by later that night it had stopped again.
