Bob Laudette, who has been the owner of Carboni Plumbing and Heating for over 33 years, was negligent in fulfilling his contract upon the installation of the furnace on December 3, 2019. "ALL WORK WILL BE PERFORMED IN A NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND WILL MEET OR EXCEED ALL STATE AND LOCAL CODES." Obviously he did not inspect the installation of the project on December 3 or he was not up to date on building codes. Beware!!! Defective furnace, humidifier, blower, filters do not trap extensive dust even though duct work was professionally cleaned. etc !!! Shoddy Workmanship!!! Negligent!! Citations for Code Violations!!!
