The Carbone family story goes back more than 100 years, when Alfonso and Antoinette Carbone came to America in 1917 and soon opened up a small Italian grocery in Saint Paul. One of the better pizzas we’ve had there
Several Carbone's locations have had to have changed their recipe over the last 3, 4 or 5 years. It's very unappealing nowadays. IGH & WSP Carbone's have each hit major lows and tonight i tried Woodbury. Their pizza taste and texture also failed. The sauce is not even close to the sauce taste of 4+ years ago. I'm surprised anyone is still buying your pizza actually. Sorry but that is how i feel. Maybe that explains why you close at 9 pm on weekdays and "10 pm" on weekends. Friendly staff great service a bit pricey but the food is good. I have had a few times where staff offered to help me carry out my carry out order. Don't see that often these days. Keep up the great work.
