Lou Carbone charges $207 to snake a drain, three days later it is clogged again and Lou Carbone wants $295 to come out and redo his work. Not only is this bad business it is illegal. Crooked bunch, stay away!
Very dissatisfied! Called at 8:30 am because my sump pump was not working. Yes it was on a Sunday but I was prepared to pay the premium for weekend service. After waiting the entire day and still no repair person, at 6pm I called another company who arrived 7:14, replaced the pump and were long gone when Carbones called back at 8:22 to see if I wanted service on Monday. Will never recommend or use in this lifetime!
