salesman I found my experience very enjoyable. The salesman Dale was very polite, friendly, and his product knowledge was fantastic. He did not pressure me in any way, but he did answer all my questions. I would definitely buy from him. I would also by happy to send friends and family to him.
Good experience, kind salesman Had a great experience with Carbone Cars. The salesperson seemed like his day wasn't going to be made or broken by my sale, he wasn't invasive at all and seemed primarily interested in answering my questions. I didn't end up purchasing a car (I wanted to shop around) and he was totally fine with it. After searching other dealers in the area, it's likely that I'll go back and make a purchase from Carbone.
Not so friendly salesman My husband and I went to look for a used minivan. when we entered the lot it took us a few minutes to find anyone to help us. When we finally found a salesman he seemed annoyed that we were bothering him. The prices were not marked on the vans and when we asked his response was how much are you looking at for a monthly payment. I was not impressed. Nobody pays attention to the merchandise We initialy liked the way things where handled at Carbone until we realized what had really been going on. They where deceptive and never inspected the vehicle properly. My wife and I liked a Jeep commander they had on the lot and decided to purchase it. The next day it rained and the front passanger side carpet was wet and we where told the door was left cracked so we thought nothing of it.
