I’m a landlord and I take pride in what I own. I have left my home on a Sunday night when I had to go to my other job in the morning to help a tenant that was locked out and I didn’t charge them. You let someone die in a trash chute.
I lived here for 10 months. $372.00 for rent. Loud sound that goes off every 20 minutes; even at night! It is hard to sleep there. This counts as a form of torturing in some cultures. Broken door and I had to remind the workers to fix it after 4 weeks of patience. Loud person with anger issues and the staff will not get help for her or make her get help. I will not say any names.
