This is an apartment complex with multiple buildings on Mill Street that guarantees fair housing through HUD. Many of the residents pay rent/utilities (water+trash) based on 30% of their eligible income. Many residents also have home health aides, service animals (require paperwork), and cats (which were not required to have service animal paperwork in the past).
