Carbondale Hearing Center was recommended to me by a friend in Cypress several years ago. I had never had hearing aids before he said go see John you will thank me for eternity. Wow that’s a strong statement to make but I’ve now had my hearing aids for three years and I’m absolutely thrilled with John his team and my hearing aids. Please don't take your elderly parent to this business. The audiologist, Evan, seemed to have no idea what he was doing. Questions were not answered and there is zero service after the sale, only rudeness and no assistance. Thankfully we found William Hays at Beltone and my father can now hear. We lost over two thousand dollars with Reimbold hearing and saw no improvement in hearing. I also know I am not alone in our experience with Reimbold. Go to Beltone instead!
