Please don't take your elderly parent to this business. The audiologist, Evan, seemed to have no idea what he was doing. Questions were not answered and there is zero service after the sale, only rudeness and no assistance. Thankfully we found William Hays at Beltone and my father can now hear. We lost over two thousand dollars with Reimbold hearing and saw no improvement in hearing. I also know I am not alone in our experience with Reimbold. Go to Beltone instead!
