I would prefer to give 0 stars but that is not an option. I sent flowers to my daughter for her birthday (her 21st so a milestone). I called them early in the day to check to see if they were delivered- they told me they would call me back once delivered.... by late in the day I called again only to be told they had a "computer glitch" and they would not be delivered at all. There was nothing I could do at this point... TERRIBLE experience.

This floral shop is NOT located in Carbondale IL and they have the absolute worst customer service that anyone could possibly experience. I completed my online order and received an email that it wouldn't be delivered until the next day. Called the number on the website and gave them my order number to ensure delivery would take place today. They didn't even have it in their system. Won't ever do business with these people who are based out of Florida.

called because they were close to the memorial hospital of carbondale,, lady who answered phone wanted to know which memorial hospital (theirs only 1) ,said she needed an address,,so i said thank you,good bye,
