They did an amazing job and came out fast to help when our AC stopped working. Very knowledgeable and courteous tech. Will call them again.
Osley was very thorough and did an excellent job fixing my AC.
The tech who worked with us was Gavin Ehrlich. He did a great job for us as always. Very knowledgeable and very professional. It was a great installation! He was also very friendly and personable. We greatly appreciated his efforts.
Carbon Valley and their employees always do such a good job of taking care of our home. Osley is such a good employee for Carbon Valley, very friendly and helpful.
I believe the techs name was Andres? He was exceptionally detailed in his work and with explaining everything. Very honest as with one step into the furnace room he pointed out the culprit to the issue of the A/C shutting off continuously. Spent way more time for the very reasonable price than I had expected. Will only refer them and call them in the future. FYI. I had my own service/install business for 43 years so I am normally critical of any type of lacking service almost never write reviews as I expect exceptional work ... read more
