I am a resident of Windsor, CO and my eye center stopped taking my insurance. I am a long time SALT brand customer and Carbon Valley Eye Center carries them (Very few in NOCO do) Can I just say, this place is awesome! Awesome techs, doctors and optometrist. I can say the front end office staff and glass optometrist are a bit direct and have been doing the job for a long time but for me, I appreciated that. This place was very responsive. I called on Friday and was scheduled for Monday. I was told if the problem got worse to call the office on Saturday and the doctor would answer. I didn't need to because my eye cleared up, so I canceled. But I do appreciate the customer service.
Our family are new clients to this practice and we were very impressed. From the people who answered the phone and booked our family appointments, to the ladies that run the tests before meeting with the Dr. ….the Dr. himself and the person who helped us pick out our glasses, EVERYONE was so welcoming and professional. I really liked the vibe, the size, and the amount of glasses options found here. Highly recommend. Glad we finally chose something more local - happy I found this gem within our community.
I have been going to see Dr. Koditek for many years now. In my opinion, he goes above and beyond to provide vision care, and truly wants the best for his patients. He is very personable, and takes the time to deliver extraordinary care. He helped identify an issue I was having with my vision, which ultimately lead to a diagnosis allowing me to monitor and manage the issue.
