**Edited to add that Carbon Salon is trying to hide this review. If you guys wanted a resolution you would reach out and apologize, not keep things in the dark. If I could give 0 stars I would. Today I saw Idaly for the first time and she was amazing! She’s very attentive, patient, and makes sure you are fully satisfied ending your appointment. I will definitely come back to her! Also, way more affordable than I was expecting. I paid $50 and have been to places that are $80+ before tip.

On July 15 I had the pleasure to have my hair appointment with Idaly Rascon and was very pleased with the service. Idaly is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I would highly recommend Idaly and plan on returning to the salon
