The majority of the initial appointment was pleasant & he seemed to be taking me seriously until he started walking me out to check out & schedule a procedure. He sneered at me, pointed at my cane and asked “What’s that for?” with an accusatory tone that made me immediately certain that that procedure was going to be the very last appointment with him. With how comfortable the rest of the appointment was, that extreme turn came completely out of left field and made me suddenly feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

The Best. Courteous , thorough and gives the most complete and informative results from any Dr I have ever been treated by. And in my 70 yrs I have seen a few. Hope he never retires, not in my lifetime any ways. Wife is his patient also. Count survey results and comments twice.
Horrible two experiences.. First appt ran an.hour and forty minutes late, took two months for next appt and when arrived for appt, was an hour late. Was told always runs late AND I SHOULD CALL IF HE IS ON TIME....
Dr. McLaughlin and his office staff have always been kind, courteous and helpful. Dr. McLaughlin's bedside manner has always been impeccable, he shows concern, answers questions and is usually prompt. The office staff has also always been wonderful. I have been going to this office since I moved here in 2000 and have never had a problem.
Called 6/24 to make appointment and was told nothing is open till 8/29. Explained I am having Chrons Flare ups. Front office staff no common sense.
New in town, Called office and stated I am having chrons flare ups, the admin tells me I can't get in to see the doctor for 60 days. So another example of moronic scheduling practices.
