People talk about Marty's Deli all the time, but this lesser known little gem around the corner is absolutely knocking it out of the park. Best chips and pickles, incredible meats, vegetarian and vegan and gluten free options for everything, and amazing flavor with no unnecessary frills. They keep it simple, and it's perfect. There should be a line around the damn block, but the fact that there isn't makes it a no-brainer option. If you sleep on this, shame on you. Eat a sandwich here and have a better day.

I got the hot italian sandwich, the bread was soft and yummy, i felt like the meat was a little dry, even with the au jus i could still feel the dryness of the meat, then again i took it to go so maybe the “meat juice” escaped into the bread. the homemade chips were delicious, i love the seasoning, and the man behind the counter who took my order was very kind and delievered quick service!

I desperately wanted to like this restaurant. First off, the website photos are gorgeous and enticing but this is misleading. I ordered the hot italian sandwich which had zero seasoning and the jardiniere was sour. The au jus was so bland and not seasoned whatsoever. The chips came with the sandwich which was not listed. The veg beef soup was pastrami beef and tasted smoky and sour. So sad to have a not so great experience.

The customer service was excellent and the food was amazing . The two gentlemen working there today made us all amazing sandwiches. Fresh crispy lettuce , toasted bread that did not get soggy and answered all our questions. Great experience.
