Worthless staff
Timely and supportive staff. Felt like a clean, professional environment. Great website portal that make it easy to prepare for my appointment then after my appointment prescription filling.
The visit experience was good but I am not sure if they know what they are doing. We visited Carbon Health for my mom as she had an infection on her foot. The PA who was there helped drain the Puss out of the infection and applied medication. They also took a culture sample for lab test to see if there were any other kind of bacterial infection. When the lab reports came in, the lab HealthTrack Rx had tested the culture for Urine Infection and not for foot infection and hence the 2 stars! This is absurd. I am not visiting th... read more
