Easy to get an appointment. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Nice environment. Excellent care with excellent NP and Drs. Short wait time. Same day appts easily available. Primary care offered in addition to urgent care. Very organized and highly functional...much better behind the scenes and with follow thru than my previous doctor's office. Convenient location. Highly recommend.
I went in for an emergency visit to have a second degree burn on my plan treated. I was treated at the appointed time by a solid group of professionals and left with a proper bandage and very clear care instructions. A seamless process! Highly recommend Carbon Health!
I woke up this morning with the feeling that I had come down with the flu or Covid. We scheduled a 1030 appointment and showed up about five minutes early. The office had just opened and we figured the 1030 appointment would keep us on time as I'm feeling very very sick. When we check in, they tell us they are behind by over an hour. When we ask what's the point of having scheduled appointment they let us know that they double book all appointments.
