Front desk staff in Corte Madera was very efficient, friendly, and used my name proving good hospitality skills. Doctor was kind and thorough. Would happily return.
The doctors and nurses used to be good, but the newer practitioner (NP) is awful and didn't give me any logic or rationale for my issue and had horrible communication skills. Always good with follow up and you can contact your doc through the app.
I’ve been here a couple times this sick season now and the wait, despite having an appointment, has been over 2 hrs long every time I’ve gone. They need to adjust the amount of appts they take based on the amount of care provides they have at a time.
