Avoid this place. They take very few health insurance plans and will waste your time trying to be seen to most likely be turned away. There’s a hospital across the street, deal with them you won’t be disappointed. St Elizabeth/BMC has competent staff that will actually see you and you don’t have to worry about the janky system carbon uses to determine if they take your insurance. They put the most uninformed people at the front desk that seem like they just left school

Woman at front desk asking patient’s names from across the room, very unprofessional and totally against HIPPA. Also, why have me come all the way there just to be turned away because I don’t have the right insurance. The website should warn you. I asked about of pocket pay and she said it was “against their contract” even though there was “self pay” section on the app. Ridiculous.

The HCPs are nice but their billing department is a disaster. I went there several times this year and never received an invoice that has the correct amount/math. Wasted so much time trying to have them send the correct bill.
