Tons of appointments times, super professional, helpful and modern looking office. I love that all my needs are met in one place! The staff is also really friendly and conversational.
Xinye is the best PCP in Massachusetts!! She is amazingly sweet, thorough, and smart. She is flawless with my physicals and I am very lucky to have her. Bella, my MA, took me in early and did an amazing job with my bloodwork (I didn’t even feel the needle). I highly recommend Carbon Health Brighton for all of your Primary Care (and Urgent Care) needs!
Saw me within 10 minutes for an urgent care visit, everyone was very kind, and the doctor was great.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A BETH ISRAEL PCP. They don’t put it on the website for some AWFUL reason but they only see HMOs with BI PCPs. Had made an appointment the day before for my son with a 103 temperature, just to be turned away and have to wait for hours at another urgent care. My poor child feels awful and I dragged him out of bed for nothing…appalling and irresponsible lack of communication. Won’t ever go there again.
Clean calm and very esthetician environment. Staff super friendly and professional!
