Good attention and fast help overall great medical service
Excellent customer service and bedside manners from the front desk and all the way through.. I’m extremely happy that I was able to pick up my medication and get to work on time. They are friendly and efficient at the same time.
I had called in before going to make sure, one, they took my Healthcare insurance, and two, that they would be able refill my medication that I was without now for a couple days. The receptionist was very helpful in answering my questions and even asked the doctor if he would be able to refill my specific medication, in which he said yes. When I arrived I waited no longer then 5 mins as the receptionist was finishing up with a patient on the phone.
