Great experience from check in to check out. Was able to book ahead and had zero wait time which is rarely the case at an urgent care. Office was clean and all employees were exceptionally professional. Thank you Carbon Health Team
I just had the best experience! I’m scheduled for a trip to Singapore & Indonesia leaving in 2 days & only found out that I would need Anti Malaria pills. I contacted my primary who was out of the office. I contacted 2 other doctors that I deal with & one was out for the week & the other referred me to a travel pharmacy. I was able to find Carbon Health Urgent Care who indicated they dealt with travel issues. The young PA I met with was amazing. This clinic will be my go to clinic for future travel!
They’re always so kind and considerate here. They take me seriously and actually cross check information about my medications and my concerns. They took the time to talk to me about my concerns and address all my questions as well. Dr Chiu is the best!
