Tried to visit just after 8am on a Saturday and they were not open, although this is their stated business hours both on the website and on their door. You can still make appointments online for this location, which is misleading if they are temporarily closed.
Great people. They are caring, polite and very professional. They make you feel very welcome. Dr Ogg really cares for his patients. Very thorough.
Good support from staff and NP. Poor support on website trying to set up account for portal. Apparently having a visit to urgent care is not suffficient to set up portal account. Endless loop with text message about results and then going to site and not being able to make an account on the portal. Only way to get my results was I had a labcorp account.
Northwest Clinic is a great place to go as it is close, clean, and friendly. It beats Emergency hospital rooms, Dr office appointments, and suffering at home! Thanks for caring.
Sick and in pain, I met Dr. Ogg at northwest urgent care. Beautiful, clean office and I was seen right away by Dr. Ogg and his technician, Ethan. Both very kind and personable. Within a short period of time I went home to rest, then picked up medicine, and made a quick recovery. Now I tell all my neighbors and friends that this is the place to go when you need medical treatment. I am grateful to Dr. Ogg for a followup on the pharmacy as well.
