The staff is very nice, efficient (did not wait very long) and very professional. Tucson is not my home but should the need arise again, this would be my choice for urgent care.
I booked my appt online at NW Urgent Care’s website with ease. Upon arrival, I was given paperwork to complete. The front desk person was courteous. My wait in the lobby, which btw was very nice, clean and welcoming, was maybe 15/20 mins. There were 2 individuals waiting that were called back before me. My family was on vacation in Tucson when we visited northwest urgent care. We were in rough shape with the flu and I’m so glad we ended up at this clinic. Alexander Wright was a very kind, efficient and skilled physician. Really appreciate this place!
