Carly was excellent. The medical assistant before her was also excellent and finally the receptionist was excellent as well! Great experience!!
I come last Sunday to get a TB questionnaire filled out so that I can volunteer at my kids school. I pay $70 for it. Then I get seen by a provider, and they tell my I have to get blood drawn at Quest. And they said I have to do that during the week since they’re closed. I get it done on the following Tuesday. Then I get an email from Carbon Health saying I owe an additional $50. I go in today to get that questionnaire filled out and pay my balance, and they say I need to make an appt. Carbon Health is terrible!
The staff was very attentive and friendly.
I don’t know why they make appointments here because they will call you 20-30 mins past the time of your original appointment. I’ve had to do two different employment drug screenings here and both times the drug screener was “running behind” my appointment for both times were 10am and that’s the time of their first drug screener for the day according to their employees but still somehow always behind.
