Staff was friendly, and professional. They ran tests and found answers. My only complaint was the time everything took! What realistically should take about an hour took 6 hours! I was very tired at discharge
I visited St. Mary’s Northwest urgent care for a minor bronchial infection. My wait was short and I was prescribed antibiotics quickly. I found the experience to be easy in and out, and everyone was professional and courteous. I definitely recommend this location for minor issues.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Curry-Winchell and Dr. Perano. Both were professional, compassionate, and went above and beyond to make sure I received the care I needed. They took the time to explain things thoroughly, while still moving quickly given the urgency of my situation. What stood out most was how Dr. Curry-Winche coordinated with the x-ray department, even having the team stay late to rush my images so nothing was delayed.
