I came in with clear signs of shingles — severe one-sided head pain and a rash behind my ear and chin — and even suggested it might be zoster. Despite this, the doctor dismissed my symptoms as “non-specific pain” and sent me home without treatment. This misdiagnosis delayed my care and could have led to serious complications. I was disappointed by the lack of basic clinical awareness and concern.

If I could give no starts I would. Very Poor service. Doctors don’t want to take time to look at you instead they want to hand you off and make you pay more money to be looked at when they could of taken care of it themselfs
Well, usually these guys are pretty good. Overall, I'd say they get the job done but yesterday was the worst experience I've had there since the time they told me my son had covid, then said he didn't, then said he did all within a time frame of about a week (they couldn't give us a straight answer as to whether he had it or not after being tested, something to do with the fact that they had entered his birthdate wrong 1919 vs. 2019 or something like that).
