BRIAN and DESTINY of the Front Office are amazing ... I had problem logging in to my account and both helped me out. DESTINY was hands on, assisting me how to do it on the QR code. Brian was very pleasant. One reason I come here is because the personnel are efficient and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about Medpost in Los Alamitos. I have had to go there off and on, as a back up for needs that land on a weekend & when my Dr. is unavailable.. Have been lucky enough to get “Lisa Paul”. She saw me for stitches & chest cold.. Very gentle, kind, great listener and completely makes you feel comfortable… Irene Yung at front desk is an asset to the clinic. All of the above applies to her too. I highly recommend this Medpost to anyone!
