Went in for a rapid strep test. Everybody was super friendly and efficient. They just want to help and make everything as painless and quick as possible. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I live in Downey and went to this clinic because my daughter lives nearby and when they used this clinic they were impressed with every aspect of it. They were right! This place was worth the drive.
Place is clean and all the staff I saw were very professional and efficient. I would definitely refer friends to this facility.
This was our first time at this location. Making appointment was easy. I logged in on Saturday morning at 7:30 am and made an appointment for 8:15 a.m.. I was actually surprised that I was able to make an appointment as. It was easy to find. Plenty of parking, but you have to pay for parking. $4 after the first 20 minutes. Refused to send bill in the mail and threatened to send 15.00 bill to collections. I'm old and do not pay bills through email. Disappointing to say the least
I was able to get in right away and they were very efficient and proactive with my care
