Come to Carbon Health regularly for an issue I been having - 4 times to be exact this year. Everytime they tell me up front how much it is and I pay as I leave. First time at this lake worth location, the nurse practitioner and nurse was great. I was told at the front it’s $150 for the whole visit which I paid. I had a week or two later a gentleman named Felix hound me that I owe $50 due to a mistake for not charging me at the time. After talking to him several times it wasn’t going anywhere.
