The lobby was not very welcoming and poorly managed, it needs work. I arrived with a stomach flu and the music was nauseating, switching from country to hip-hop which I normally don't mind but a lobby needs something very subtle and calm. The front desk was struggling to manage the lobby. The appointment felt rushed, it was about a 30-minute wait in the lobby, and I paid $150 with insurance. They were very efficient and thorough! Like that we could see charts through the app!
Came in for what I thought was back pain but turned into something else. They were quick to figure out the issue and were very kind and supportive throughout the process. Definitely recommend for quick and compassionate care.
