I had terrible low back pain, I went to Ritecare Urgent Care Medical Centerand was treated like a King. The Doctor was on-point. They took an x-ray and the diagnosis. I was able to start with physical therapy right then and there. Great experience.

I Wish I read all the negative reviews on indeed, google,yp, yelp,etc because it shows the a pattern of poor treatment. It also shows a suspicious burst of higher ratings that look like its trying to cover up all the bad. I was deceived, overcharged, embarrassed, and unable to understand why they refused to treat Even tho they charged 186. I have requested my records- still haven’t received. I was very impressed with the care we received for my 13 year old. I brought him in because he was complaining about chills and shortness of breath. We were seen by Dr Sipay in less than 5 minutes from entering the door. The staff and doctor were kind and compassionate. A definite high recommendation for them
