Very friendly! On time and efficient
Very disappointed. I was having a health concern and at the time I made the appointment it was listed as an option to be seen for. I get there and check-in and get sent to the back. I tell the doctor what brings me in, which was already documented only for her to say they don't treat it there. She looks at it and tells me it actually something else but they still don't treat it and I would have to go elsewhere. Then a week later I see they are going to charge me $152! This place is amazing. I was the only person there, I pre-registered so check in was easy. The on site NP, Kayla was very friendly and helpful. Great “chair-side-manner”, I highly recommended this Englewood location as your go to for random emergencies that arise. 10 out of 10!
The nurses and front staff were very skilled, informative and kind. The facility was beyond clean, though starkly decorated.
