Provided exceptional service in an professional and prompt manner
This is my second visit to this urgent care, but first visit for myself as a patient. The best customer service and patient care. I felt heard, understood, with the best bedside manners throughout the staff and nurse practitioner. I scheduled an appointment with Little wait time in both waiting room and patient room.
Love this urgent care. Dr Lee was so kind and helpful and took his time with me. I made an appt and got right in! Was in there 20 min. Would definitely go back!
