I do not recommend this place if you have an open wound. I slammed my thumb in a car door. When my boyfriend took me there, They poured saline solution on the open wound and I screamed in pain. The nurse practitioner said she would need to inject the lidocaine into open wound so at least she referred me to ER where they inject the lidocaine at base of thumb to Numb it before putting it under water disinfectant. I do not understand why this place doesn’t numb you first. Not good.
Best urgent care I've visited! I was acknowledged and greeted immediately (why is this so difficult in other medical offices?) Both Giselle and Madison were warm, knowledgeable, timely, and professional. Blood draw was easy, I got in quickly on Labor Day. The office was clean, staff were timely, and the care was competent.
Staff are very friendly and always look out for my needs/care required. Jake is wonderful to work with and keeps my monthly appointments scheduled ahead of time making my life a lot easier.

Easy to get an appointment. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Nice environment. Excellent care with excellent NP and Drs. Short wait time. Same day appts easily available. Primary care offered in addition to urgent care. Very organized and highly functional...much better behind the scenes and with follow thru than my previous doctor's office. Convenient location. Highly recommend.
