I have concerns about the quality of care I received at this facility. I visited for evaluation of an upper respiratory infection and needed COVID/flu testing for work, as well as assessment for potential antiviral treatment due to chronic breathing issues. As a fellow healthcare professional, I communicated this clearly. Unfortunately, I felt the interaction with the provider was dismissive and lacked professionalism. Super happy with my experience at this location this afternoon. I had an easy time booking an appointment for right away before online. I didn’t have to wait hardly at all after arriving and checking in. I was helped by the lovely Birdie(y?) in the urgent care. It was such a nice experience & everyone was able to accommodate me so quickly, I’ll definitely be coming back here over any other urgent care. I came in for a walk in in the morning and they said they have appointments so I made a appointment for the afternoon and when I showed up for my appointment they said I had to wait because of the walk ins it seemed kind of backwards and not that together other then that it went pretty good
