I moved until the area earlier this year. After needing to find an urgent care nearby, I came upon Carbon at third location. They have been fantastic. Easy to schedule, prompt service, and great interactions. Very glad I found this place.

I originally had an appointment at the Campbell location on 10/3 and took my drug test there. However, Carbon Health “lost” my sample in transit, so I was forced to take another test. I scheduled my second test for 10/23 at 9AM at the Cherry Ave location, but was called a few hours later and was told that “we don’t do drug tests before 11AM” and cancelled my appointment. Edit: the experience has improved so changing to 4*, but keeping the review the same for others to be cautious. I wouldn't recommend them for simply the billing headaches (see below). 4* for services: the doctors are good, very caring, and informative. the staff/medical assistants are not great not bad. They do their job but often make little mistakes.
