Highly recommend this place for urgent care. Punctual, seamless and fast care.
My experience could not have gone better. The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and patient. My husband (stayed in the waiting area) told me later that he was a great communicator with all the people who called in. My tech and provider were friendly, authentic, and knew exactly what to do about my malady. The whole process took less than an hour. The waiting area and treatment areas were extremely clean and comfortable. I will definitely visit Carbon Health again if I have an urgent care issue
Service was pleasant and efficient from start to finish. Out of pocket pricing also isn't too bad; I paid for a visit, test, and medication for a little more than what other urgent care centers charge as a flat rate.
Wonderful experience!!! Definitely will recommend this urgent care to friends and family. They did a wonderful and efficient job.
I set up an appt for my partner (Justin L) who went this morning and we specifically found this place as they advertise they do dermatology walk in issues. We specifically chose one of the options they had listed as a procedure to book the appt. (literally clicked on the option). He arrives, they made him pay upfront and then told him they don't do those procedures at all. This was blatant mis-advertising and truly appalling that places like this can do this.
