Called in advance for information on Covid testing and to confirm their hours of business. Was told they were open on the day I needed. I then booked this date and time via the App. I received email confirmation of appointment. 24 hours before, I received a text message reminder. We arrived at the location in downtown Portland at the time of the appointment, it was closed. No notices on the door. We did not receive any update from Carbon they would be closed. Had a travel clearance appointment booked and confirmed with multiple text reminders the day of, and arrived with no staff present and no response at the contact number. Had to scramble to find another testing provider before my flight the next day. Beware this sham of a service.
The test was fast and efficient. The ladies took good care of us. Perfect place to get travel testing. I recommend Carbon.
Had issues logging in due to forgetting password.Test site downtown was closed and I had to go to the airport site, but the girls there were very helpful and smooth to get my test results printed and reset my password. Both of them deserve to be noticed. Went there on Wednesday around 5:00 to 6:00pm. Didn’t have time to check their names, but I hope someone will check and give them a thumbs up.
