I have been emailing in an attempt to cancel my membership for more than a year. As I no longer live in the area. Destiny told me I would have to wait till the membership ran out January 2026 or pay a lump sum. Fine. I waited and January came and went and they continued to charge be per Destiny's words I did not “confirm” with her. This gym is clean and well equipped for all levels of fitness. The staff at this location were friendly and helpful. When I travel to Murfreesboro for a conference, this is my gym for the week.

for the price they charge, this gym is extremely underwhelming. there are multiple gyms nearby that offer significantly more equipment and amenities without the inflated cost. while most of the staff were friendly and professional, one employee, destiney, stood out for all the wrong reasons. her attitude was rude and dismissive from our very first day touring the facility and never improved. customer service plays a huge role in deciding where to spend your money, and because of her consistently poor treatment, i’ve decided ... read more
