I stopped in at Carbonboro Gym during my week-long conference in Murfresboro. I was lucky to have found such a cool gym. They provided delicious meal prepped meals to-go that I had for lunch. While I was there I learned about an upcoming hip hop step class. It was incredibly fun! The trainer, Cierra was a great coach. Now, I want to start a class in Texas!

I had an absolute blast at the hip hop step class! Cierra is an amazing instructor—full of energy, encouragement, and great vibes. Her choreography was fun, easy to follow, and had me sweating in the best way. She creates such a welcoming and positive environment that makes everyone feel confident, no matter your skill level. I left feeling energized! Highly recommend!

I visit Carbon gym a few times a year and every time the gym, their team of employees and everyone in there is incredible. The energy is 100, clean and just a great vibe. I’ve only been in one other gym in the country that has this level of feel and that is 1st Phorm in STL. I’ve chatted with owners and they so caring and kind. An absolute gem of a business, thank you for setting the standard.

Carbon Boro stands its test as a Top Gym visits in the Murfreesboro area. Just across the street from. the Embassy suites. Carbon Boro, 2 floors of strength training like Arsenal Strength and cardio equipment w/ a great view outside. Very Clean gym and Restrooms. Friendly staff from the day the doors were open. The members are friendly when you can catch them between sets. (never during a set) is a Meathead thing. Love the positive motivational atmosphere.
