I would rate it 0 if i can. used to a member, used to be a very good gym. Kicks out their trainers for bringing up issues. And don't even get me started with trying to cancel, Tracy (the owner) says it's not a problem to not renew the membership when it's up... yet over 6 months later i'm still getting charged.
Always a good place to work out. Gets me through when traveling, no crazy equipment.
Enjoy this spot, tucked away off medical. Less busy weekend mornings, that's nice. Clean and professional. Ashley has helped me get set up and is always keeping the place looking nice. Rare to see that level of service and professionalism these days.
Briar is awesome. It was my first time visiting this gym and in front of a trainer! He was Extremely knowledgeable and patient. Made training feel comfortable and encouraging, not intimidating. I couldn’t have asked for better guidance. Highly recommend Briar to anyone looking to learn, grow, and actually enjoy the process. Can’t wait to return
