Bought my car here and quickly found multiple things wrong with it. The salesmen are sleezy and honestly we shouldve just walked away because the car is as bad as the people working there. Then after I did a pre-buy inspection with a seperate mechanic, they send me to the baltimore location where the mechanics there straight up lied through their teeth. I bought my BMW here and one of the back brakes was having some issues. I took it in and they checked it then send me to their service department in Baltimore. I went there and they couldn’t figure out why it was doing that . I went there twice then they decided to replace all 4 brakes and rotors bmw recommend. They did but right after the brakes all of them are making grinding noises . The noises are horrible especially when driving and braking . I told them but haven’t had a chance to take it back . The people who work here are cool, no problems with them. However, the cars are absolutely garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They sold my fiancé a lemon of a car “stated it went through a 192 point inspection” let me tell you, there’s no way this car passed. The transmission went out within 2 months, the audio system just failed, breaks needed to be changed as soon as we got the car.
