I called the doctors office because they called my prescription in to the wrong pharmacy, secretary was very rude and disrespectful and hung up on me
There will NEVER be another dr for me. The di not understand the bad reviews because I find her extremely kindhearted, informative and helpful. When I was in the ICU and almost died with Covid at 25 weeks, she spoke with my husband and mother and gave them constant updates for the entire almost 3 weeks I was there. If you’re desperate and no one else will take you, you’ll be looked after. If you can, find another provider. Would not recommend this doctor and the practice is lacking in every way.
Hands down, Dr. Carbiner is the best doctor if any kind, that I have ever been a patient of. She is not only knowledgeable and professional, she is a truly caring and empathetic person. I have several autoimmune diseases and was a high risk pregnancy. At 25 weeks pregnant in 2021 I got Covid. Long story short the baby and I almost didn’t make it. Dr. Carbiener was not interested in helping me because of my Medicare Insurance, in other words she didn’t feel like she would B paid enough from my insurance. She sent me a letter telling me that I could no longer come to her clinic stating that they no longer accept my insurance. Her staff was very non friendly and cold. The atmosphere is very UNFRIENDLY!
Dr. Carbeiner spent very little time with me prior to the birth of my baby then rushed me when I was laboring. She gave me an episiotomy without consent and allowed staff to chat about the room while I pushed. All in all, I have trauma I have to work through that is directly correlated to the care I received from her.

I have never experienced a doctor like Dr. Carbiener. She really, truly cares. She changed my life, got me clean, delivered my baby and continues to be there for me. She’s the only doctor who ever gave me her cell phone number in case I had a problem. And when I have needed to use it, she responds right away and has never failed to come through for me. Dr. Carbiener is an exceptional physician. I’m high risk pregnancy due to various medical diagnoses. I was hospitalized twice in my first trimester and Dr. Carbiener was with me every morning while I was inpatient. She always answered my texts within 5 minutes and has been there for me every step. I can’t say enough good things about her as a person and as a physician. If I could have her be my son’s godmother I would. She is a blessing to me. She truly has a passion for her profession.
