Our neighbor had a pine tree removed today and the Carbaugh crew damaged a stone wall that was put in place to protect our property. They removed stones and threw them up in the yard. The home owners have lived here in Hagerstown over 50 years. The couple are in their 80's and the husband is a military veteran. Is this how Carbaugh treats the military families?
