Best customer service! Took my m440i for an installation on a full valved exhaust but unfortunately the manufacturer/shop I bought it from sent loose clamps at which my exhaust didn’t work. They didn’t risk to force anything but were very honest and descriptive with what the problem was. I’ve just had the power package (pcu stage 2) installed, and it’s just amazing; there is no other word, and the fact that it’s warrantied and developed by Steve Dinan is just amazing; after reading about him, this was and is the only option for performance parts regarding bmw.
