Awesome Rental Company! They always take care of my maintenance needs and have worked with me on paying rent!
Great company! Best place in Shreveport to rent from! They always take care of maintenance and needs right away and the office staff is so nice!
This is a horrible company. The house they rented me was full of mold and the floor had holes in it bugs were coming through the floor. The didn't fix anything and only wanted their money. The house is located at 2778 Elmhurst st Shreveport la. Do NOT RENT that house it is full of mold and the baby kept getting sick and all they want is their money.
I will never rent from this company again. They lack integrity and the man that owns it could care less as long as he is getting his check at the end of the day. They are very unprofessional. They won't respect your personal belongings when they are in your townhome fixing something.
