Great service, but perhaps the most passive aggressive unhelpful and unfriendly receptionist we've ever experienced. Flippant and argumentative during scheduling and really drags the entire experience down. Fix that and we'd highly recommend with 5 stars!
Super friendly staff and the dentist was pleasant, knowledgeable and kind. Very affordable in house financing as well. Win win!
This review is mostly in hopes that Dr Caraway sees it- he has been wonderful for my children but unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with today’s front desk interaction. Great job with both of my children. My oldest attempted Invisalign, but couldn’t maintain it and we switched to classic braces. I thought the transition was handled well. My youngest child had a missing tooth and the other teeth had grown around it. He required more complex care to get the adult tooth in place. Office is very well run and I find everyone pleasant. Easy to schedule. I’m very grateful to Dr Caraway and his team.
Excellent service! Our entire family received braces and Invisalign here, and we really appreciate the hard work of this fantastic team. Thank you!
