I do currently work at this facility, and we are never rude to patient's unless we try and try to give them the up most respect, if we do not get that in return then yes we will return usually with "I am just trying to help you, I am going to need you to calm down, and don't be hateful please." We do understand that it is frustrating sometimes, but we do have rules we have to follow pharmacy wise, and insurance wise as well. We move as fast as we can. I have been a patient at this facility for 10 years. Several of my family members and I are very satisfied with the care we have, and will continue to receive. I am a BSN RN FNPS, and would trust Dr. Joseph B. Pierce with all any/all of my health care needs.

I have had Dr Joseph Pierce as my PCP for 3 years now. He has always done an excellent job of taking care of all my medical issues and the staff have always been fast and efficient with referrals to orthopedic consults as well as neuro consults. I couldn't ask for a more involved, compassionate, and frank doctor. His wife helps in the office and is very kind, and their son, Jon, has always helped with amy concerns if I have called.
