Everything from start to finish went very smooth. The repairs were done very well and the vehicle is running much better. The time to repair was reasonable and efficient. Communication regarding the vehicle was great. I was well informed of the process. The service the friendliness and overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Caraway Ford
All the folks at Caraway Ford are friendly professional and just quite simply amazing I would like to personally give a special thank you to Kenneth Clifton the service manager he and his team went above and beyond to repair our vehicle... he personally communicated answers to questions before I even knew I had a question he made us feel very safe very secure in the vehicles repair and the end result was exceptional! Thank you sir
Austin put up with a lot of grief from me trying to find me a truck. He gave me a great deal on an F350 6.7 diesel! He's a top notch sales person and takes care of his clients. Go see him at Caraway Ford in Nixon, Texas!
Mr. Caraway, the staff, and Justin Lavelle, and the entire staff at Caraway Ford helped me drive home the F350 Lariat I was interested in. Best small town Ford dealership I've seen! I'll be coming back, and sending friends to Caraway Ford!
Great group of guys and a pleasure to deal with. No pressure and they do a great job showing all features etc of what you’re buying. Highly recommend!!
