My advice: unless they address the infestation problem seriously, be very cautious about moving in.
We were supposed to move in June 1st… they never gave us the keys or any information in regards to moving in(we messaged them a day before move in and no reply).We’ve paid and signed our lease but are currently homeless due to the lack of communication from this leasing agency. Getting better and better as time goes on

If 0 was allowed, level 0 is the champion. We lived in the 3800 building for 3 years, it’s the most disgusting building you’ll ever move to. They will not return your deposit and charge you instead. I will just tell you that this place is infested with roaches and the management does nothing against it. No maintenance is available when needed. Don’t go there, their managers are unprofessional and disrespectful.
