Getting better and better as time goes on
We were supposed to move in June 1st… they never gave us the keys or any information in regards to moving in(we messaged them a day before move in and no reply).We’ve paid and signed our lease but are currently homeless due to the lack of communication from this leasing agency. We’ve been calling them like crazy and messaging and no reply. Not starting out so great… they also have no on site office so it’s very difficult to get ahold of them
If 0 was allowed, level 0 is the champion. We lived in the 3800 building for 3 years, it’s the most disgusting building you’ll ever move to. They will not return your deposit and charge you instead. I will just tell you that this place is infested with roaches and the management does nothing against it. No maintenance is available when needed. Don’t go there, their managers are unprofessional and disrespectful.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! Do not move here!! Find somewhere else! ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES! Specifically building 3800 it is disgusting and the management can care less! They have done the bare minimum and instead of having the entire building fumigated they simply just have these pest control people spray one unit or one specific area as if thats going to do anything? I lived at 3728 Foss rd for two years and it was great. Moved away for a year and came back. New property management company level 10 are slumlords and theives. Cleaned out my whole apartment at 3800 Foss rd while I was on vacation before an eviction was filed. Roaches galore and people steal packages. 10 people will live in a 2 bedroom and no matter how much you clean roaches will jump on you and at you. Good place if you can't find one
