The staff and leadership at Caravel were very accommodating when they could be based on staffing. They all treated our son like he was their own. He was always happy to be there. We are thankful for all they did to help our son improve his skills.
My son got a clinical diagnosis for autism but still needed the full 2 hour ADOS evaluation..everywhere said 12-18 months wait time but when I filled out a request on Caravel’s website I got the evaluation, diagnosis, and started ABA within 2 months. His BCBA and several RBTs were amazing and treated them like his own, and even though the schedules and location didn’t work out for us they still keep in touch
My daughter was diagnosed level 3 at 24 months old. The doctors recommended ABA. I’m was terrified. I came here in hopes of reaching parents that are having a hard time deciding because I’ll never forget what that process was like for us. Star is 5 1/2 now. She did full time ABA for almost 3 years. My pediatrician recommended Caravel Autism Health to me when my son was 2 years old. He was diagnosed with autism and was nonverbal. We fell in love with the caring staff. He was in this program for a little over two years. He can now speak in full sentences and is able to attend a public school in a general education classroom! Receiving my son’s diagnosis was new and scary to us and we had no idea how to move forward to make sure he had the best help he could get, we were recommended Caravel and the group of people we were set up with we couldn’t be any more grateful for! All so helpful and caring every step of the way, absolutely amazing handling my son with what worked best for him!!! He is a different kid since he started with the services he was provided with and we are forever grateful we placed him where we did!
