We could not possibly be any happier about our time with Caravel. When our son was diagnosed with Autism, we were happy to have a direction, but had no idea where to start or what kind of results to expect. Would not take your child there. Lie about treatments... I read your response, and I did call after the school district, and I found out you lied. We did discuss it with you, and you told us tough, not your problem anymore. I have the voice call recordings saved between myself and caravel. Additionally, I have school IEP and BIP discussing with a caravel staff member present that you lied about the treatment as further proof of all this. It was a great experience for my kid, he loved going to Caravel and everyone there was so kind and caring.

Caravel hires incompetent people. If you can't train your staff to pick up the phone or reply back to emails, why should we trust our kids with you? Maybe hire an office assistant? This location probably doesn't exist.
